Case Details
Focusun successfully delivered and installed a 360 ton cooling system for a large precast concrete plant outside Manila, Philippines. The system is designed to control the temperature of the concrete and the overall cooling of the equipment in an environment where the average temperature usually exceeds 30 ° c.
Focuson supplied a high efficiency screw water cooler, with a total cooling capacity of 360 tons (1267 kw) and an ice water outlet from 5 ° c to 7 ° c. The system was equipped with first class compressors and capacitors, and an intelligent PLC control panel that allows automated operation and remote monitoring. To ensure compatibility, the cooling system was seamlessly integrated with the customer's concrete dosing system and automated water supply.

Prior to shipment, the system underwent full performance testing at the focusun factory to ensure compliance with site-specific requirements. The unit was designed in a modular container format to facilitate transport and expedite installation. On-site commissioning was completed in just 12 days.
Since commissioning, the cooling system has significantly improved the temperature consistency in concrete production, meeting strict construction quality standards. The customer also reported an improvement in energy efficiency and expressed high satisfaction with the system's performance.
