Concrete Cooling

Focusun high-efficiency concrete cooling system - professional solution for temperature control of large-scale projects
Concrete is the core material of modern civil engineering, and its pouring temperature directly affects the quality of the building. Large-scale projects such as the Three Gorges Dam and nuclear power plants must use professional cooling systems to avoid cracking and deformation of concrete due to thermal expansion and contraction. Focusun provides a complete concrete cooling system solution, with five modules working together to ensure precise temperature control:

1. Cold water system
The high-efficiency semi-enclosed piston compressor is used to cool high-temperature water to 0.5℃ through four stages to meet the optimal activity requirements of concrete. The container-type design is easy to transport and quickly deploy.

2. Ice making system
The daily output of Focusun's industrial-grade flake ice machine can reach 100 tons. The flake ice has high refrigeration efficiency and large contact area. The container-type structure is dust-proof and moisture-proof, and the modular design can be flexibly adapted to different project requirements.

3. Ice storage and delivery system
The ice storage capacity is 20-200 tons, equipped with an automatic ice-leveling device (rake/crawler type) to ensure uniform distribution of ice. The conveyor belt at the bottom of the container automatically pushes it to the ice outlet to improve the transportation efficiency.

4. Ice delivery system
Focusun provides spiral, pneumatic and hybrid delivery solutions to meet horizontal or vertical transportation needs, ensuring that ice is accurately delivered to the mixing area.

5. Ice weighing and mixing system
Intelligently proportion ice (-5 to -8℃), cold water (1 to 4℃) and concrete (30-60kg/m³), absorb hydration heat in real time, and accurately control the pouring temperature.
