The Transparent Ice Machine is a premium-grade ice-making system designed to produce crystal-clear ice blocks using purified drinking water. The resulting ice features a slow melting rate, exceptional clarity, no air bubbles, and excellent hygiene.
With the help of FOCUSUN’s specialized processing equipment—such as ice cutting and ice shaping machines—these blocks can be transformed into various luxury ice forms: large square cubes, ice spheres, elongated ice, and more. They are widely used for high-end applications like whiskey cooling, cocktail presentation, and ice sculpting.
Each cycle (72–96 hours) can produce 1, 2, or 4 blocks of 100% transparent ice, with individual block weights of 25kg or 70kg, depending on the model.
FOCUSUN’s Transparent Ice Machine adopts a direct refrigeration system using high-efficiency, food-grade aluminum alloy evaporators. Unlike traditional brine systems that freeze water from five sides, this system freezes only from the bottom, allowing impurities to be pushed upward and excluded during the freezing process.
Though the freezing cycle is slower, the result is highly transparent, dense, bubble-free ice with a clean structure and no hollow center. These premium ice blocks can be further processed into ice spheres, large clear cubes (ideal for whiskey), and other luxury ice formats.
