The containerized brine block ice machine is a highly integrated ice production system that combines traditional brine-based ice making with a standard container setup, offering a plug-and-play, mobile, and rapidly deployable solution.
All major components—including the refrigeration system, brine tank, ice cans, thawing tank, and control panel—are built into a 20-foot or 40-foot container. The container is reinforced and anti-corrosion treated to ensure durability and protection in harsh outdoor environments.
This system uses indirect brine cooling, where low-temperature brine transfers cold to the ice cans to freeze the water inside. All parts in contact with brine are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent resistance to low temperatures and corrosion. The thawing tank is heated using exhaust heat from the compressor, which improves energy efficiency and works especially well in areas with low water temperatures.
Ideal for tropical ports, seafood processing plants, construction sites, and commercial ice suppliers, this system can be customized with different ice block sizes (5kg, 10kg, 25kg, etc.) and capacities ranging from 1 to 12.5 tons per day.
Their maximum production capacities are as follows:
Max capacity of brine cooling in 20GP models: 5Ton/day
Max capacity of brine cooling in 40HQ models: 12.5Ton/day
